I love writing about Place/Show wagering with coupled entries.

There was one today in Quebec that I’d been looking forward too. This happens in Thoroughbreds more often,

3r is one of the few tracks in Harness where you see it regularly.

In the race, the #4 Mr John, the second choice got parked and was toast. And the 2b and 2 go 1-2 in the race. Thus,, we get a PLACE payout higher than a win payout

And what would certainly have been a negative pool on Laron Lena in the Place and Show w/o a coupled entry - paid $2.20 to Show.
